Complications include hypo pigmentation and hyper pigmentation. However, these are not very common and with precautions are usually momentary. In an extremely rare case, scarring can result. |

Response to this treatment may not occur to the desired level in some cases.
Some patients may get sunburns.
Blistering may occur in some patients, but it can be treated with antibiotic ointment. |
